Koren was invited to speak to students at CSUN about the importance of promoting yourself and your business through social media. Joining him on the Panel were representatives from Northstar Moving, Slide and the Los Angeles Unified School District. Over one hundred marketing and communications students had the opportunity to ask questions about the newest networks, privacy concerns and how to use social media to land their next job. This was Koren’s first time back at CSUN since he graduated 10 years ago.

Arcay Studios is proud of the sound design we did for NANI, an AFI graduate thesis film directed by Justin Tipping. The film focuses on Oscar, a disaffected youth in and out of trouble with the law. While forced to do community service in a senior community, he encounters Isabel languishing away in the early stages of dementia. When Isabel discovers Oscar spray-painting the walls of the old folks home, she convinces him to take her out tagging. The two form an unlikely friendship, and as their adventures escalate, Isabel’s dementia causes a rift between the two. As a result, Oscar is forced to confront his isolated way of life and how much he has grown to need Isabel.
